The National Center for Expertise of Medicines and Medical Devices (NDDA) under the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan has announced significant changes to payment conditions in its service agreements, effective as of May 30, 2025.
🔑 Key Updates:
✅ Payments for NDDA services must now comply with a new financial cap: Each single payment document should not exceed an amount equivalent to $10,000 USD.
✅ This limit specifically applies to payments made by applicants (manufacturers) and paying entities under service agreements.
✅ Payments exceeding this amount should be split into multiple documents to remain compliant.
🎯 Objectives:
✅ Mitigate additional expenses arising from currency exchange fluctuations.
✅ Improve transparency, efficiency, and traceability in financial transactions related to regulatory services.
Adhering to these financial guidelines ensures smoother regulatory processes and efficient market access within Kazakhstan’s healthcare sector.
